Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Pasta cooked
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce 15 oz
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer cooked pasta, beef mixture, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

This casserole is perfect for a family dinner or potluck.
