Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Refried beans
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 1 cup Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped green onions

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a baking dish, layer the ingredients starting with refried beans, then ground beef, salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, chopped tomatoes, and chopped green onions.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
