Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Zucchini, grated
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 units Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, cottage cheese, eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
