Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onions until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent.
Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef and onions with the diced pickles, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the sauce over the beef mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until heated through and slightly browned on top.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
