Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Diced Onions
  • 1 cup Diced Pickles
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Whole30 Compliant Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onions until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent.
  • Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef and onions with the diced pickles, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the sauce over the beef mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until heated through and slightly browned on top.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
