Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups cooked ham, cubed
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, ham, Velveeta cheese, milk, onion, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like peas or carrots for extra flavor.
