Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice cooked
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, mixed vegetables, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just bake it when you're ready to eat.
