Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups Frozen Hash Browns
  • 1 cup Vegan Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Vegan Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Vegan Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 1 cup Corn Flakes crushed
  • 1/4 cup Vegan Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, vegan sour cream, vegan cream of chicken soup, vegan cheddar cheese, and diced onion. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • In a small bowl, mix the crushed corn flakes with the melted vegan butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the casserole.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
