Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
Add taco seasoning to the beef according to the packet instructions.
In a baking dish, layer the tater tots, seasoned beef, and shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until tater tots are crispy and cheese is melted.
Top with sour cream, salsa, and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite nacho toppings like jalapeños or black olives.
