Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cheese tortellini fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Frozen peas thawed
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, heat the Alfredo sauce over medium heat. Stir in the garlic powder and black pepper.
  • Add the cooked tortellini, peas, and half of the mozzarella cheese to the sauce. Stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
