Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the cheese in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
