Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 head Cabbage shredded
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes drained
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer shredded cabbage, beef mixture, and cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve with sour cream on top.
