Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup rice cooked
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, salt, and pepper.
  • Layer half of the chopped cabbage in a baking dish.
  • Spread the beef mixture over the cabbage layer.
  • Top with the remaining cabbage.
  • Pour tomato soup and diced tomatoes over the top.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.

Notes:

Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
