Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 8 oz Cream cheese cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Strawberries sliced
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish and add half of the bread cubes.
  • Top with cream cheese cubes and sliced strawberries.
  • Add the remaining bread cubes on top.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

You can prepare this casserole the night before and bake it in the morning.
