Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and add half of the bread cubes.
Top with cream cheese cubes and sliced strawberries.
Add the remaining bread cubes on top.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
You can prepare this casserole the night before and bake it in the morning.
