Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
Stir in cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
Combine cooked macaroni, shrimp, and cheese sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
For a crispy topping, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top before baking.
