Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  • Stir in cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  • Combine cooked macaroni, shrimp, and cheese sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For a crispy topping, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top before baking.
