Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine shrimp, cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, cheddar cheese, green onions, bell pepper, and milk. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
