Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions
  • 0.25 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine shrimp, cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, cheddar cheese, green onions, bell pepper, and milk. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
