Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
  • Add the cooked rice, shrimp, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some vegetables like peas or bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrition.
