Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup maple syrup

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, and eggs. Stir until smooth.
  • Spread cooked sausage in a greased baking dish. Pour pancake batter over sausage.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.
  • Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.

Notes:

For a spicier version, use hot sausage.
