Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, and eggs. Stir until smooth.
Spread cooked sausage in a greased baking dish. Pour pancake batter over sausage.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.
Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
Notes:
For a spicier version, use hot sausage.
