Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups frozen Potatoes O'Brien
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, frozen Potatoes O'Brien, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
