Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can water (use soup can to measure)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, water, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Place the pork chops on top of the rice mixture.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the rice is tender.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the pork chops.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some vegetables like peas or carrots to the rice mixture for added flavor and nutrition.
