Instructions:
Grease a baking dish and add the cubed French bread and blueberries.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the casserole for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
You can add a sprinkle of powdered sugar or a drizzle of extra maple syrup on top before serving.
