Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Blueberries
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • Grease a baking dish and add the cubed French bread and blueberries.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the casserole for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can add a sprinkle of powdered sugar or a drizzle of extra maple syrup on top before serving.
