Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Stir in the cooked beef mixture.
  • Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is great for leftovers. Just reheat in the oven or microwave.
