Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Top with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
