Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables bell peppers, onions, spinach
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
