Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 300 g Macaroni
  • 400 g Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a frying pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until soft. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, beef mixture, milk, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add some vegetables like peas or carrots for extra nutrition.
