drained and rinsed

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the leftover Spanish rice, shredded cheese, cooked chicken, black beans, salsa, cumin, and chili powder.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
