Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well.
In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, broccoli, and shredded cheese.
Pour the heavy cream over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other low-carb veggies like spinach or bell peppers.
