Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well.
  • In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, broccoli, and shredded cheese.
  • Pour the heavy cream over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other low-carb veggies like spinach or bell peppers.
