Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
Stir in sliced jalapenos, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Cook until well combined.
Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if using.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole is perfect for a family dinner or a potluck. Adjust the amount of jalapenos to your spice preference.
