Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, tortellini, marinara sauce, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with dried basil and oregano.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
