Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 pcs Potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano over the potatoes.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  • Cover with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, add a layer of cooked ground beef or sausage between the potato layers.
