Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano over the potatoes.
Drizzle olive oil over the top.
Cover with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, add a layer of cooked ground beef or sausage between the potato layers.
