Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 2. In a skillet, cook the ground venison over medium heat until browned.
  • 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 4. Stir in the diced tomatoes and beef broth. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • 5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
  • 6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
