Ingredients:  

Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Cheese Sauce

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Steam broccoli, zucchini, and green beans until tender.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour, and cook for 1 minute.
  • Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.
  • Add cheese, stirring until melted.
  • Combine vegetables and cheese sauce in a casserole dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
