Cheese Sauce

milk

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Steam broccoli, zucchini, and green beans until tender.
In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour, and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.
Add cheese, stirring until melted.
Combine vegetables and cheese sauce in a casserole dish.
Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
