Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 bag Frozen French Fries
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until well combined.
  • In a baking dish, layer the cooked ground beef mixture, then pour the soup mixture over it.
  • Top with a layer of frozen French fries.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
