Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until well combined.
In a baking dish, layer the cooked ground beef mixture, then pour the soup mixture over it.
Top with a layer of frozen French fries.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
