Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
Stir in cooked rice and tomato soup. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Notes:
This casserole is great for leftovers and can be frozen for later use.
