Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 can Tomato Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  • Stir in cooked rice and tomato soup. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Notes:

This casserole is great for leftovers and can be frozen for later use.
