Taco Seasoning
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine beef mixture, black beans, corn, and salsa.
5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
