enchilada sauce

shredded cheese

black beans
drained and rinsed

corn

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, enchilada sauce, black beans, and corn.
Layer 3 tortillas at the bottom of a baking dish. Spread half of the beef mixture over the tortillas. Sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining tortillas, beef mixture, and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
You can add some chopped cilantro or green onions on top for extra flavor.
