Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 package frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese, spinach, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.
