Ingredients:

  • 6 large Eggs
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh, chopped
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Add the chopped spinach, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Great for meal prep! You can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
