Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the chopped spinach, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
