Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ziti pasta
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup dairy-free ricotta
  • 1 cup dairy-free mozzarella shredded
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the ziti pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat.
  • Mix the cooked pasta with the marinara sauce, dairy-free ricotta, and half of the dairy-free mozzarella.
  • Season with dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining dairy-free mozzarella.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This dish is perfect for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
