Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Arrange the refrigerated biscuits on top of the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
