Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can beans (15 oz)
  • 1 can corn (15 oz)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • Arrange the refrigerated biscuits on top of the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
