Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken diced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, milk, frozen peas, and diced cooked chicken. Mix well.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the mixture and stir until everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This casserole is perfect for a cozy family dinner. You can also add other veggies or use different types of cheese to suit your taste.
