Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer cabbage leaves, meat sauce, and cheeses. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes:
This dish is a great low-carb alternative to traditional lasagna.
