trimmed and halved

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Add the brussel sprouts to the skillet and cook in the bacon fat until they start to brown, about 5-7 minutes.
In a baking dish, combine the brussel sprouts, bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more cheese on top before baking for an extra cheesy casserole.
