Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 6 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • Add the brussel sprouts to the skillet and cook in the bacon fat until they start to brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, combine the brussel sprouts, bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more cheese on top before baking for an extra cheesy casserole.
