Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a baking dish, layer the diced potatoes and chopped onions.
Place the bratwurst sausages on top of the vegetables.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the milk. Pour this mixture over the sausages and vegetables.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
