Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Bok Choy chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine chopped bok choy, shredded cheese, bread crumbs, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
