  • 4 bananas ripe and sliced
  • 2 cups ham diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced bananas, diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is a great way to use up ripe bananas and leftover ham.
