Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cooked beef, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • In another bowl, whisk together heavy cream, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the cream mixture over the beef mixture and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite burger toppings like pickles or tomatoes before baking.
