Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, mix together cooked beef, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
In another bowl, whisk together heavy cream, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the cream mixture over the beef mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite burger toppings like pickles or tomatoes before baking.
