Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham, bell peppers, onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
