Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning
  • 10 oz Enchilada Sauce
  • 8 oz Velveeta Cheese cubed
  • 6 pieces Tortillas corn or flour

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine enchilada sauce and cubed Velveeta cheese.
  • Layer tortillas, beef mixture, and cheese mixture in a baking dish. Repeat layers.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite toppings like sour cream, jalapeños, or cilantro.
