grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam or boil the mixed vegetables until tender.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
Add grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese melts.
Combine the vegetables with the cheese sauce and transfer to a baking dish.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Notes:
Feel free to use any vegetables you like or have on hand.
