Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 2 cups Cooked Turkey shredded
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Carrots diced
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, shredded turkey, chicken broth, cheddar cheese, frozen peas, diced carrots, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Great for using up leftover turkey. You can substitute chicken if you prefer.
